In designing Rugir, the lion, (the symbol of Peugeot) was reflected in the vehicle’s shape.

In addition, the strength and stature of the lion was incorporatedinto Peugeot’s structure. A further concept in Rugir was to imitate the sound of the lion’s roar in the motor. The aim was to add the lion’s spirit as well as its shape to Rugir to show the strength of the brand.
